民航飞行学员心理弹性选拔效果研究 被引量:1

Study on the Effect of Psychological Resilience Selection of Civil Aviation Flight Cadets

摘要 民航飞行学员的心理健康水平低严重影响有效飞行寿命,导致停飞。心理弹性作为一种核心心理健康素质,可以有效预测心理健康状态。选用心理弹性简版量表(CD-RISC10)为测试工具,选取中国民航大学飞行分校飞行学员为被试,对其心理弹性状况及其选拔效果进行研究。民航飞行学员心理弹性水平总体较好,在年级、生源地、是否独生子女方面不存在显著差异,而停飞和未停飞飞行学员的心理弹性水平存在非常显著差异(P<0.01);以飞行学员停飞情况为状态变量,绘制ROC曲线,心理弹性分值为37分时为最佳临界值,灵敏度为0.834,特异度为0.737,曲线下面积为0.813(P<0.01)。对民航飞行学员进行心理弹性选拔,能够有效预测停飞状况,具有较好的选拔效果。 Civil aviation flight cadets have a low level of mental health,which seriously affects the effective flight life and leads to grounding.As a core mental health quality,psychological resilience can effectively predict the state of mental health.Using the short version of psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC10)as the tool,the flight cadets of the flight branch of Civil Aviation University of China were selected as subjects to study their psychological resilience selection effect.The level of psychological resilience of civil aviation flight cadets was generally good,and there was no significant difference in grade,place of origin and whether they were the only child,but there was a very significant difference in the level of psychological resilience between grounded and non grounded flight cadets(P<0.001).Taking the grounded situation of flight cadets as the state variable,the ROC curve was drawn.When the score of psychological resilience was 37,it was the best critical value,the sensitivity was 0.834,the specificity was 0.737,and the area under the curve was 0.813(P<0.001).The psychological resilience selection of civil aviation flight cadets can effectively predict the grounding situation and has a good selection effect.
