摘要 解决海上风电发电侧电化学储能配置问题,从储能优化展开探索,直接涉及新能源系统功率波动,但新能源消纳比例依旧较低。提出考虑最小功率波动的海上风电发电侧电化学储能容量配置优化。针对海上风电发电侧电化学储能系统设置功率波动指标,建立最小化功率波动的优化运行模型。依托于多参数规划原理,分析功率波动指标与储能容量之间的关系,确定新能源和储能容量最佳配比。在此基础上定义包含最小储能成本、最小弃风量2个目标的综合优化目标函数,依托于改进鲸鱼优化算法进行迭代求解,即生成最终的储能容量配置优化方案。结果表明:在不同海上风电发电场景下应用所提的方法进行优化配置后,新能源消纳量稳定在116 400 kW·h左右,符合设计优化目标,可更好地满足了新能源消纳要求。 To address the issue of electrochemical energy storage configuration on the generation side of offshore wind power,the optimization of energy storage is explored,which directly involves power fluctuations in new energy systems,but it still faces relatively low levels of renewable energy integration.This study proposes an optimization of electrochemical energy storage capacity considering the smallest power fluctuations.A power fluctuation indicator is introduced for the electrochemical energy storage system on the generation side of offshore wind power,and an optimization operation model that minimizes power fluctuations is established.Utilizing the principles of multi-parameter optimization,the relationship between the power fluctuation indicator and energy storage capacity is analyzed to determine the optimal ratio of new energy to energy storage capacity.Based on this,a comprehensive optimization objective function is defined,incorporating the minimization of energy storage costs and the minimization of curtailed wind power.An improved whale optimization algorithm is employed for iterative solution,resulting in the final optimized energy storage capacity configuration.The results show that by applying the proposed method for optimization in different offshore wind power generation scenarios,the stable integration of renewable energy at approximately 116,400 kW•h is achieved,meeting the design optimization objectives and better satisfying the requirements for renewable energy integration.
