摘要
新时代大学生对于就业选择提出了各项要求,其中最为突出的是体面劳动。体面劳动根本上体现的是人的劳动观、价值观和社会需求,包含了对劳动者各项权益的保护。基于此,大学生在就业过程中对职业本身的价值追求、评价、定位等势必会体现出相应的倾向性态度,就业观念也会更为多元。然而从现实情况来看,部分学生对于体面劳动的理解还十分片面,存在一定误区,导致就业观缺乏合理性。对此,围绕体面劳动理念,从其对大学生就业观教育的基本作用着手,分析了目前实际教育在学生个人、高校和社会层面存在的问题,并提出了针对性的优化策略。
College students in the new era have put forward various requirements for employment choices,among which decent work is the most prominent.The so-called decent work fundamentally reflects people's outlook on work,values and social needs,including the protection of workers’rights and interests.Based on this,college students’value pursuit,evaluation and positioning of the career itself in the process of employment are bound to reflect a relative tendentious attitude,and the employment concept will be more diversified.However,from the reality,some students’understanding of decent work is still very one-sided,and there are some misunderstandings,leading to the lack of rationality of the employment concept.In this regard,focusing on the concept of decent work,starting from its basic role in the education of college students'employment outlook,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current actual education at the individual,college and social levels,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies.
