摘要
目的评价浮针疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的临床疗效。方法检索维普、知网、万方、PubMed等数据库中从建库至2022年8月20日应用浮针治疗LIDP的随机对照试验文献,采用RevMan 5.4.1软件进行meta分析。结果纳入24篇文献,共计2163例LIDP患者作为meta分析对象。结果显示,除与电针亚组在视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分上比较外,浮针疗法治疗LIDP在总有效率、VAS与JOA评分上均优于对照组[OR=4.57,95%CI(3.31,6.31),P<0.00001]、[MD=-1.27,95%CI(-2.11,-0.43),P=0.003]、[MD=3.30,95%CI(0.25,6.35),P=0.03]。结论与毫针或电针比较,浮针更能提高临床总有效率,显著缓解腰腿疼痛症状及改善腰椎运动功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of floating needle therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods Literature for randomized controlled trials on floating needle therapy for LIDP was retrieved on WeiPu,CNKI,WanFang,PubMed and other databases,with a time range from the establishment of the database to August 20,2022,and a meta-analysis using RevMan 5.4.1 software was performed.Results A total of 2163 patients with LIDP from 24 articles were included in this meta-analysis.The results showed that,except for comparing VAS scores with the electroacupuncture subgroup,the floating needle therapy for the LIDP group was superior to the treatment for the control group in terms of total efficacy rate,VAS scores,and JOA scores[OR=4.57,95%CI(3.31,6.31),P<0.00001];[MD=-1.27,95%CI(-2.11,-0.43),P=0.003];[MD=3.30,95%CI(0.25,6.35),P=0.03].Conclusion Compared with filiform needle therapy or electroacupuncture the rapy,floating needle therapy can improve the total clinical efficacy rate,significantly alleviate symptoms of lower back and leg pain,and improve lumbar motor function.
