摘要
随着城市建设的快速发展,城市用地资源紧张、空间利用率低下、区域发展不平衡等问题逐渐显现。城中村作为这个发展过程中的产物,其内部孕育着很多城市矛盾。城中村与周边建设的生活质量差距越来越大,拥有良好地理位置的城中村在公共空间缺失这一方面已无法满足现在人们的需求,其内部运转消极让城中村变成了现代城市里的一道“疤”。文章在城中村现状的大背景下,从打造公共空间角度,以成都市曹家巷为例,通过网络调研、实地调查、现场走访等方法,分析现状问题与突出矛盾点,探索对应的解决方法或优化策略,达到改善城中村生活环境、唤醒其活力、促进其与周边环境友好接轨的目的,这对目前城市建设有着重要意义。
With the rapid development of urban construction,problems such as the shortage of urban land resources,the low utilization rate of space,and the unbalanced regional development have gradually emerged.As a product of this development process,the village in the city is pregnant with many urban contradictions.The gap between the quality of life of the villages in the city and the surrounding construction is growing larger and larger.The villages in the city with a good geographical location can no longer meet the needs of the people now in terms of the lack of public space.The negative internal operation of the villages in the city has turned them into a“scar”in modern cities.Under the background of the current situation of the village in the city,this paper takes Caojiaxiang in Chengdu as an example from the perspective of creating public space.Through network investigation,field investigation,field visits and other methods,it analyzes the current problems and prominent contradictions and explores corresponding solutions or optimization strategies,so as to improve the living environment of the village in the city,awaken its vitality,and promote its friendly integration with the surrounding environment.This is of great significance to the current urban construction.
