摘要
针对不同发展阶段的企业专利布局情况进行挖掘分析,有助于发现企业在专利培育与运营方面的差异化特点与典型问题,对于助力不同梯度企业的快速成长发展具有重要的实践意义。以天津市“雏鹰—瞪羚—领军”企业作为研究对象,从专利申请数量、法律状态、维持时间、专利运营等方面开展了专利分析,总结了创新型企业在不同发展阶段中专利培育方面的特点和存在的问题,针对相关问题尝试从创新主体、服务机构、政府部门等多个维度提出了发展建议,对推进不同梯度企业的专利培育与运营具有启发作用。
Mining and analyzing the patent layout of enterprises at different development stages will help to discover the differentiated characteristics and typical problems of enterprises in terms of patent cultivation and operation,and has important practical significance for helping enterprises with different gradients grow rapidly.This paper,taking the“eagle-gazelle-leading”enterprises in Tianjin as the research objects,conducts patent analysis from the number of patent appli-cations,legal status,maintenance time,and patent operation,etc.,and summarizes the characteristics and existing prob-lems of innovative enterprises in patent cultivation in different development stages,and aiming at related issues,tries to put forward development suggestions from multiple dimensions such as innovation subjects,service organizations,and government departments,which will be inspiring to promote the patent cultivation and operation of enterprises with differ-ent gradients.
