Machining Process Design and Simulation Machining of Impeller Shaft

摘要 叶轮轴轮廓复杂,尺寸精度和表面粗糙度要求高,加工质量和效率难保证。通过分析叶轮轴的结构特点和加工精度要求,制定了合理的加工工艺路线。车床加工采用粗加工、半精加工和精加工的策略来保证精度,铣床采用粗加工和精加工的策略来提高效率。根据工艺运用CAM进行数控自动编程,通过实体仿真加工,详细分析了每个工步的加工过程,并验证了该工艺路线的合理性,对同类零件的加工具有借鉴意义。 The profile of the impeller shaft is complex,the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are high,and the processing quality and efficiency are difficult to guarantee.By analyzing the structural characteristics and machining accuracy requirements of the impeller shaft,a reasonable machining process route is formulated.The lathe machining adopts the strategies of rough machining,semi-finishing and finishing to ensure accuracy,and the milling machine adopts the strategies of rough machining and finishing to improve efficiency.According to the process,CAM is used for numerical control automatic programming.Through solid simulation processing,the processing process of each step is analyzed in detail,and the rationality of the process route is verified,which has reference significance for the processing of similar parts.
