摘要
试验立足周边地区,以服务地方经济、改善地方环境条件为目的,遵循就地取材原则,将长垣桂能环保科技有限公司生产的生活垃圾焚烧炉渣、商丘文友制品有限公司生产的加工的建筑垃圾按照不同比例混合成再生骨料,考察了混合再生骨料比例、掺量、外加剂掺量、生活垃圾沉淀淤泥对混凝土力学性能的影响,试验采用正交试验设计方法,找出了最有利组合,通过极差分析了影响显著程度,通过单因素分析,得到了混合再生骨料中生活垃圾比例提高对再生混凝土强度影响趋势。文友制品有限公司利用最佳配合比配置混凝土,生产混凝土砌块和透水砌块,在多个实际工程项目中得到利用,大大降低了原材材料成本。
Based on the surrounding areas,to serve the local economy,improve the local environmental conditions for the purpose,follow the principle of local materials,the domestic waste incineration slag produced by Changyuan Guineng Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.and the processed construction waste produced by Shangqiu Wenyou Products Co.,Ltd.are mixed into recycled aggregate according to different proportions,the influence of the proportion,admixture and the precipitated silt of domestic waste on the mechanical properties of concrete were investigated.The test used the orthogonal test design method to find the most favorable combination,the effect was analyzed by extreme difference.Through univariate analysis,the proportion of domestic waste in mixed recycled aggregate affects the strength of recycled concrete.Wenyou Products Co.,Ltd.uses the best mix ratio to configure concrete to produce concrete blocks and permeable blocks,which are used in many practical engineering projects.Greatly reduces the cost of raw materials.
