摘要
目前IgA肾病的病因尚不明确,而西医治疗的常用药物有免疫抑制剂与糖皮质激素等,因为没有充分数据证实其免疫抑制效果,所以并不能确定其是否为最佳的治疗方法。随着对IgA肾病病因研究的不断深入,大部分研究文献表明,中医联合西医为未来IgA肾病的治疗提供了新的方向。围绕IgA肾病的病因,阐述了IgA肾病的治疗现状,对其研究进展进行综述。
At present,the etiology of IgA nephropathy is still unclear.As for the treatment and research methods of western medicine,the commonly used drugs are Immunosuppressive drug and glucocorticoid.Because there is no sufficient data to confi rm its immunosuppressive eff ect,it is not sure whether it is the best treatment.With the deepening research on the etiology of IgA nephropathy,most of the literature shows that traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine provide a new direction for the treatment of IgA nephropathy in the future.This article reviews the research progress of IgA nephropathy around its etiology.
