摘要
利用扫描电镜技术对咖啡果小蠹(Hypothenemus hampei)成虫触角感器的形态特征、类型和分布进行系统观察。结果表明:咖啡果小蠹触角具有4类感器,分别为毛形感器、锯齿形感器、锥形感器和芽形感器,其中毛形感器、锯齿形感器和锥形感器均具有2种亚型,以毛形感器数量最多,锯齿形感器数量与毛形感器相当;雌、雄成虫触角上S.z.2和S.b.1长度存在差异;毛形感器在咖啡果小蠹的寄主定位中起到重要作用,其中雌虫触角上S.tr.2数量显著多于雄虫,与寻找寄主植物和产卵场所有关,锯齿形感器起着感受机械刺激和保护嗅觉感器的作用;雌、雄成虫在锯齿形感器S.z.2和锥形感器S.b.1长度上有明显差异,可能与咖啡果小蠹的生存方式有关。
The morphological characteristics,types,and distribution of tentacle sensors of Hypothenemus hampei were ob-served systematically using scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that:the tentacles of the coffee berry borer have four types of sensilla,namely,hairy sensilla,serrated sensilla,conical sensilla,and bud-shaped sensilla,of which the hairy sensilla,serrated sensilla,and conical sensilla have two subtypes,with the highest number of hairy sensilla,and the number of serrated sensilla is comparable to the number of hairy sensilla;there are differences in the lengths of S.z.2 and S.b.1 on the tentacles of the adult females and males;and hairy sensilla plays a vital role in host localization in H.hampei.The hairy sen-silla played a crucial role in the host localization of the coffee berry borer,in which the number of S.tr.2 on the antennae of females was significantly higher than that of males,which was related to the search for host plants and oviposition sites,and the serrated sensilla played a role in sensing the mechanical stimuli and protecting the olfactory sensilla;there were significant differences between the lengths of the serrated sensilla S.z.2 and the conical sensilla S.b.1 between the adult females and males,which were possibly related to the mode of survival of H.hampei.
