基于SWMM模型与层次分析法的海绵城市LID设施布局评估研究 被引量:3

摘要 系统地总结了低影响开发模式(low impact development,LID)措施布局优化中使用的模型工具和评价方法,以西宁市海绵城市研究区为例,通过数据收集建立暴雨洪水管理模型(storm water management model,SWMM),对其参数进行率定检验。应用SWMM对LID布局方案进行模拟,以年径流控制率、建设成本和LID措施总面积为目标,运用层次分析法评估了LID布局方案。结果表明:3种LID布局方案的年径流控制率分别为88.2%、88.8%、90.1%,建设成本分别为93、71、90万元,LID措施总面积分别为125.6、120.0、132.4 hm^(2)。研究为西宁市和其他大陆高原半干旱气候城市的海绵城市LID设施的布局提供了有益的参考与案例借鉴。 This paper systematically summarizes the model tools and evaluation methods used in low impact development(LID)measure layout optimization.Taking the sponge city research area in Xining City as an example,a storm water management model(SWMM)is established through data collection,and its parameters are calibrated and validated.The SWMM is used to simulate three LID layout schemes,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the three LID layout schemes with the objectives of annual runoff control rate,construction cost,and total area of LID measures.The results show that the annual runoff control rates of the three LID layout schemes are 88.2%,88.8% and 90.1%,and the total areas of the three LID measures are 125.6 hm^(2),120.0 hm^(2) and 132.4 hm^(2),respectively.This study can provide technical references and case studies for the LID construction of sponge cities in Xining City and other mainland plateau cities with semi‑arid climate in China's Mainland.
