摘要
提出了基于微波圆形天线阵列无损快速检测方法,用于检测管道纵向缝和横向缝。采用内径为5.4 cm和8 cm管道进行裂缝检测实验。首先使用HFSS软件进行仿真,确定微波可以在TE11模式下进行单模传输;然后搭建实验测试系统,天线阵列将矢量网络分析仪产生的信号发射到管道内传播,并将检测管道的反射波接收并传回矢量网络分析仪。通过不同圆形天线阵列检测2种管径的管道,结果表明,2根天线阵列可以检测到内径为5.4 cm管道的裂缝,6根天线阵列能清楚检测到内径为8 cm管道的纵向缝和横向缝,天线阵列的检测效果优于单棒状天线,为天线阵列检测管道裂缝进行了有益探索。
A fast nondestructive testing method based on microwave circular antenna arrays has been proposed.It is used to detect longitudinal and transverse joints of pipes.The inner diameter of the pipe used in the experiment was 5.4 cm and 8 cm respectively.Firstly,the HFSS simulation software is used for simulation to determine the single-mode transmission of microwaves in TE 11 mode.Thereafter,the experimental systems were built,the antenna arrays transmit the signal generated by the vector network analyzer into the pipeline,and the antenna arrays receive the reflected wave from the detection pipeline and turn to the vector network analyzer.Pipes with two diameters were detected by different circular antenna arrays.The results indicate that an array of two antenna arrays can detect cracks in pipes with a inner diameter of 5.4 cm,and six antenna arrays can clearly detect cracks in pipes with a inner diameter of 8 cm.The detection effect of the antenna array is better than that of single-rod antenna.It is a useful exploration for the antenna array to detect pipeline cracks.
