摘要
原纸表面沟痕的产生贯穿于纸张抄造过程中的各道工序,造成原纸表面沟痕的主要原因是定量、水分、厚度偏差大导致的局部张力不均匀。本文以三叠网纸板机为例,介绍了生产过程中可能造成原纸表面沟痕的各种原因及相应的解决措施,以期为同类型纸机出现类似纸病的分析提供参考。
The production of grooves on the surface of base paper runs through each process in the process of paper manufacturing.The main reason for grooves on the surface of base paper is the uneven local tension caused by large deviation of basis weight,moisture content and thickness.Taking the three-layer cardboard machine as an example,various reasons that may cause grooves on the surface of base paper during the production process and corresponding solutions are introduced in this article.It can provide reference for the analysis of similar paper disease in the same type paper machine.
