甲状腺功能亢进症诱发冠状动脉前降支痉挛所致急性心肌梗死1例 被引量：1

A Case of Acute Myocardial Infarction Caused by Spasm of Anterior Descending Coronary Artery Induced by Hyperthyroidism

摘要 1病例资料患者男性,60岁,主因“发作性胸憋4 d”被转送入山西医科大学第一医院急诊科。4 d前晨起突发胸闷,位于胸骨后,伴冷汗,不伴上肢及肩背部放射痛,无气短、咳嗽、咯血等,持续数分钟自行缓解,间隔不久后再次出现上述症状,遂就诊于当地医院,相关化验及检查(未见报告)提示心肌梗死,对症支持治疗后仍不时出现胸痛,发作间隔时间逐渐变短,建议转上级医院进一步诊治。
