摘要
兔出血症2型是由兔出血症病毒2型引起的危害家兔和野兔的一种新型高度传染性、急性致死性疫病,该病2010年在法国首次被发现。2020年4月该病传入我国四川省后,迅速传播至我国多个省份,对我国养兔业的健康发展造成了严重危害。目前,国内外关于兔出血症2型的研究比较有限,而且国内没有商品化的疫苗用于该病的预防,因此应该加强对该病的重视程度,积极开展防控技术的研究。论文通过对兔出血症2型的流行情况、病原学及理化特性、流行病学、临床症状、剖检病变、诊断方法和防治措施等多个方面进行阐述,以期为科学预防和控制兔出血症2型提供参考。
Rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2 is a new highly infectious and acute lethal disease that endangers rabbits,which caused by rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus type 2.This disease emerged in France in 2010.After the first outbreak in Sichuan province in April 2020,it spread rapidly in many provinces of China,and caused serious harm to the development of rabbit husbandry.At present,researches on rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2 were relatively limited at home and abroad,and there was no commercial vaccine for prevention of this disease in China.Therefore,we should pay more attention to this disease and actively carry out research on prevention and control technology.In this paper,the epidemic situation,etiology and physical and chemical characteristics,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological lesions,diagnostic methods and preventive measures of rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2 were described,so as to provide reference for scientific prevention and control of rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2.
