摘要
该文针对沥青面层施工过程中沥青混合料拌和阶段能耗及碳排放因素进行分析,用AHP层次分析法建立判断矩阵获取各环节权重,并结合相关施工案例对能耗与排放来源进行碳排放当量测算进行验证,计算结果表明:集料加热环节权重最大,沥青加热环节次之,而装载机供料环节能源和排放量所占比重最小;最后结合实际给出了各环节相关减排措施。
This paper analyzes the factors of energy consumption and carbon emission at the mixing stage of asphalt mixtures during the construction of asphalt surface courses,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a judgment matrix to obtain the weight of each link,and verifies the carbon emission equivalent calculation of energy consumption and emission sources in combination with related construction cases.The calculation results show that the aggregate heating link is the largest weight,followed by the asphalt heating link,and that the loader feeding link has the smallest proportion of energy and emissions.Finally,the relevant emission reduction measures of each link are given according to the actual situation.
