维生素AD辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果及对炎症因子、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:2

Effect of vitamin AD on bronchial asthma in children and its influence on pulmonary function, inflammatory factorys and T lymphocyte subsets

摘要 目的 探讨维生素AD辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果及对炎症因子、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 选取2017年7月—2019年6月在该院治疗的支气管哮喘患儿120例,将患儿分为维生素A组、维生素D组、维生素AD组和常规治疗组,每组30例,观察各组治疗疗效,检测治疗前后炎症因子和T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 维生素A组、维生素D组和维生素AD组治疗总有效率分别为90.00%、93.33%和100.00%,高于常规治疗组的73.33%,但差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);维生素A组、维生素D组和维生素AD组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第一秒用力通气量占预计值比例(FEV1%)、用力肺活量占预计值比例(FVC%)和最大呼气峰流速占预计值比例(PEF%)明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);维生素A组、维生素D组和维生素AD组治疗后白细胞介素(IL)-8(IL-8)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);维生素A组、维生素D组和维生素AD组治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 维生素AD辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘有较好的效果,更有助于患儿T淋巴细胞亚群水平改善,抑制炎症因子水平。 Objective To explore the effect of vitamin AD on bronchial asthma in children and its influence on pulmonary function, inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets. Methods One hundred and twenty children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018,the children were divided into vitamin A group, vitamin D group, vitamin AD group and routine treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the therapeutic effects of the eachgroups were observed, and the levels of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of vitamin A group, vitamin D group and vitamin AD group were 90.00%,93.33% and 100.00% respectively, higher than 73.33% of the conventional treatment group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment, forced vital capacity(FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),proportion of forced ventilation volume in the first second to the predicted value(FEV1%),forced vital capacity to the predicted value(FVC%) and peak expiratory flow to the predicted value(PEF%) in vitamin A,vitamin D and vitamin AD groups were significantly higher than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in thevitamin A group, vitamin D group and vitamin AD groupwere significantly lower than those in theconventional treatmentgroup(P<0.05);After treatment, CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD8~+ T lymphocytes in thevitamin A group, vitamin D group and vitamin AD group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Vitamin AD has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchial asthma, is more helpful to improve the pulmonary function and T lymphocyte subsets and inhibit the level of inflammatory factors in children with bronchial asthma.
