摘要
电催化、光催化、热催化、压催化及耦合的新型催化是高校教学和科研中常用的技术,在测试催化反应的气相产物的过程中存在手动进样不精确、商业产品适用范围小等问题。该文设计了一种在线气体取样装置,该装置集成气路自清洁、反应容器内部气体冲洗、多种气体自动定量取样,以及连接气相色谱后可在线送样测试等功能。实验结果表明该装置建立的多组分标准曲线线性度较好,对未知样品重复测试结果的相对标准偏差较低。此外,该装置适用于多种催化反应和反应容器。
Electro-catalysis,photo-catalysis,thermo-catalysis,piezo-catalysis,and their coupled novel catalysis are commonly investigated in teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.In the process of testing the gas phase products of catalytic reactions,there are problems such as inaccurate manual sampling and small scope of application of commercial products.In this paper,an online gas sampling device is designed in this work,which integrates the functions of self-cleaning,gas flushing inside the reaction vessel,automatic quantitative gas sampling in various catalytic processes,and online testing using gas chromatography.The experimental results show that the multi-component standard curve established by the device has good linearity,low relative standard deviation of the repeated test results of unknown gas samples.In addition,this device is available for a variety of catalytic reactions and reaction vessels.
