摘要
针对西湾露天煤矿烧变岩水害影响,通过物探、钻探勘查确定了烧变岩富水性,划分出烧变岩富水区,明确了矿坑充水条件,主要充水水源;结合露天矿生产情况提出采用骨料-黏土-水泥-速凝剂组成的柔性混凝土帷幕注浆封堵烧变岩水技术。结果表明:帷幕注浆在烧变岩涌水治理中取得了很好的效果,水量由461.19 m^(3)/h降至329.38 m^(3)/h,衰减明显,为安全生产提供了保障。
In view of the influence of water disaster of burnt rock in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine,the article determines the water-rich property of burnt rock through geophysical exploration and drilling exploration,and divides the water-rich area of burnt rock,and defines the water-filling condition of mine pit and main water-filling source.Combining with the production of open-pit mine,the article puts forward technology of using flexible concrete curtain composed of aggregate-clay-cement-accelerator to seal up burnt rock water.The results show that the curtain grouting has achieved a good effect in the treatment of water gushing in burnt rock,the water quantity decreases from 461.19 m^(3)/h to 329.38 m^(3)/h,which provides a guarantee for safe production.
