摘要
随着云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能、区块链等数字技术的创新与应用,数智技术正在全面重塑经济社会形态,对会计领域的影响也越发广泛和深远。高校作为会计人才的培养和供应基地,如何面向智能财务的人才需求,迎接当前和未来一段时期的数智变革挑战,需要会计理论和教育工作者深入研究思考。以面向智能财务的课程建设为人才培养改革的落脚点,深入分析数智时代背景下智能财务人才的培养方向,结合新时期的教学改革浪潮,梳理总结智能财务课程体系的重构思路,协同创新路径与保障措施,为培养适应社会需求的智能财务人才培养提供借鉴。
With the innovation and application of digital technologies such as cloud computing,the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain,data intelligence is comprehensively reshaping the economic social formation,exerting an increasingly broad and profound impact on the field of accounting.As institutions of higher education serve as the foundation for cultivating and supplying accounting talents,it is essential for accounting theorists and educators to conduct in-depth research and contemplation on how to meet the demand for intelligent finance talents and embrace the challenges brought by the ongoing and future data intelligence revolution.Focusing on the curriculum development for intelligent finance as a pivotal point for talent cultivation reform,this study analyzes the directions for nurturing intelligent finance talents in the context of the data intelligence era.It combines the trend of educational reforms in the new era,and systematically outlines the reconstructive strategies for the intelligent finance curriculum system,along with collaborative innovation paths and safeguard measures,providing valuable insights for cultivating intelligent finance talents who can adapt to societal needs.
