绿色校园建筑节能技术与增量成本分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the energy-saving technology and incremental cost of green campus building

摘要 为助力“双碳”目标,绿色建筑应是建筑行业的发展方向.通过广东以色列理工学院(北校区)项目实例,以项目实际数据对比“基准建筑”,分析绿色校园建筑采用的节能技术的增量成本与效益.发现节能技术在绿色校园建筑技术增量成本中占的比重达78.19%(生活区)和71.72%(科教区).校园用电记录表明节能技术在建筑使用年限中能带来较大的经济效益,降低校园的运营成本. To support the“carbon neutrality”goal,green buildings should be the development direction of the construction industry.This article analyzed the incremental costs and benefits of energy-saving technologies adopted in green campus buildings by comparing them with a“baseline building”using actual data from the Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology(North Campus)project.It was found that energy-saving technologies accounted for 78.19%(residential area)and 71.72%(educational area)of the incremental costs in green campus building technology.Campus electricity records indicated that energy-saving technologies could bring significant economic benefits and reduce operational costs over the lifespan of the buildings.
