无煤柱自成巷开采理论与110工法 被引量:28

Theory and engineering practice for non-pillars mining with automagical entry formation and 110 mining method

摘要 我国能源资源禀赋的特点决定了煤炭在今后相当长一段时间内仍将是我国的战略支柱能源,在能源强国建设方面具有重要的地位和作用。目前,我国井工煤矿普遍采用长壁留煤柱开采方式,存在资源浪费、巷道掘进量大、灾害频发及环境破坏等问题。在系统总结我国煤炭地下开采发展历程的基础上,基于钱鸣高院士的“砌体梁”理论和宋振骐院士的“传递岩梁”理论,笔者提出了切顶短臂梁力学模型及平衡开采理论,明确了切顶碎胀充填卸压的力学机理,构建了无煤柱自成巷110工法配套工艺及关键技术。在此基础上,系统总结了110工法现场推广应用的效果,探讨了在综采放顶煤、高瓦斯煤层、冲击地压等复杂开采条件下,采用无煤柱自成巷110工法实现灾害源头治理的有效性。 The characteristics of China's energy and resource determine that coal still and will be the strategic principal energy of our country for a considerable period of time,and play an important role in the construction of energy powerful nation.The underground coal mines in China generally adopt the longwall mining method with coal pillars,which has problems such as coal resource waste,large amounts of roadway excavation,frequent disasters and environmental disruption.On the basis of a sys-tematic summary of the development of underground coal mining,a balanced mining theoretical model and a short arm beam structure model for roof cutting based on the voussoir beam theory by Academician Qian Minggao and transferring rock beam theory by Academician Song Zhenqi,the mechanical mecha-nism of roof cutting for bulk filling and pressure relief is clarified,and supporting key technologies of 110 mining method are constructed;On this basis,the effects of field application of the new method are systematically summarized.Finally,the effectiveness of source control of disasters by adopting the tech-nology of 110 mining method under complex mining conditions such as full-mechanized caving mining,high gas coal seam mining and mining with coal burst are verified and discussed.
