摘要
培育和发展战略性新兴产业是各地方政府未来工作的重点,而高校作为创新人才的培育基地和大量科研成果的集聚地,可以成为助推战略性新兴产业发展的重要力量。文章聚焦地方高校建设在推动战略性新兴产业发展过程中遇到的制约因素,并提出相应的解决对策,为地方高校建设与战略性新兴产业的融合发展提供参考建议。
Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries is the focus of the future work of local govern⁃ments.As breeding bases for innovative talents and gathering places for a large number of scientific research achievements,universities can become an important force in promoting the development of strategic emerging in⁃dustries.This paper focuses on the constraints encountered by local university construction in promoting the de⁃velopment of strategic emerging industries,and proposes corresponding solutions,in order to provide reference and suggestions for the integration development of local university construction and strategic emerging industries.
