Whether China's jobless rate is soaring,especially among the nation's youth,has become a hot topic in China and abroad today.However,Aksu Prefecture in the southern part of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has its own answer:the number of frontline factory workers is not sufficient to meet demand and flexible employment is available across the prefecture.
