304LN钢制容器MAG焊焊接接头性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对304LN不锈钢制容器对国产自动化焊接材料的迫切需求,研制了ER316LMnG奥氏体不锈钢焊丝,对其熔化极活性气体保护焊(MAG)的熔敷金属及304LN对接接头进行了试验研究。结果表明,焊态及去应力热处理态熔敷金属组织均为奥氏体柱状晶,不含铁素体组织,熔敷金属具有良好的强度和塑性,尤其是其-196℃冲击值达到80 J以上,冲击断裂特征为典型的韧性断裂;焊接修复情况下长时间或多次的去应力热处理对熔敷金属的力学性能无明显影响;该焊丝得到的对接接头焊接质量良好,其拉伸、冲击及弯曲等力学性能满足承压设备焊接工艺评定的要求,并且接头具有较强的抗晶间腐蚀能力;该焊丝能够用于304LN类压力容器的焊接。 For the urgent demand of domestic automatic welding materials in 304LN stainless steel vessels,ER316LMnG austenitic stainless steel welding wire was developed.The deposited metal and 304LN butt joint of metal active gas arc welding(MAG)were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the as-welded and stress relieving heat treated deposited metal is austenite columnar crystal,without ferrite structure.The deposited metal has good strength and plasticity,especially the impact value at-196℃reaches more than 80 J,and the impact fracture shows the characteristics of typical ductile fracture.In the case of welding repair,long-time or multiple stress relieving heat treatment has no obvious effect on the mechanical properties of the deposited metal;the welding quality of the butt joint obtained by the welding wire is good,and its mechanical properties such as tensile,impact and bending property meet the requirements of welding procedure qualification of pressure equipment,and the welded joint has strong intergranular corrosion resistance.The welding wire can be used for the welding of 304LN pressure vessel.
