摘要
目的探讨免疫治疗联合放疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)疾病控制中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2022年6月信阳市中心医院收治的68例晚期NSCLC患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采用单纯放疗治疗,研究组采用免疫治疗联合放疗治疗。比较两组疗效,血清肿瘤标志物[血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角质蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)]水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组疾病控制率(88.24%,30/34)高于对照组(67.65%,23/34),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组CEA、CYFRA21-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(14.71%,5/34)与对照组(23.53%,8/34)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免疫治疗联合放疗治疗晚期NSCLC能有效控制疾病进展,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,且不会增加不良反应,治疗安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the application value of immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy in disease control of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with advanced NSCLC traeted in Xinyang Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated by radiotherapy alone,and the study group was treated by immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy.The efficacy,levels of serum tumor markers,including serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1),and adverse rections were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate of the study group(88.24%,30/34)was higher than that of control group(67.65%,23/34),P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in the study group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse rections between the study group(14.71%,5/34)and the control group and(23.53%,8/34),P>0.05.Conclusions Immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC can effectively control the progression of the disease,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,and do not increase the adverse rections,with high safety.
