摘要
明挖法施工过程中安全文明施工费缺乏有效的组合方式,导致其使用效益较低。因此,有必要构建合适的模型研究安全文明施工费投入组合。首先针对施工过程中人员、材料设备、技术、环境和管理5个方面,提出22项与安全文明施工相关的评价指标。随后根据各因素及系统之间的关系构建系统动力学流图和方程式,并利用ANP方法计算各项参数。最后,利用该模型进行安全资金投入效果的仿真,得到6种方案下投入效果最佳的方案,即人员、材料设备、技术、环境、管理投入比例为4∶1∶1∶1∶3。研究结果表明不同安全资金投入比例对于安全系统的作用存在差异。本研究可为地铁施工企业安全管理提供一定的理论指导,使安全文明施工费的投入更加有针对性。
The lack of effective way to combine the utilization rate of safe and civilized construction costs(SCCC)in the cut and cover method leads to low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a suitable model to study the the utilization rate of SCCC.Firstly,22 evaluation indexes related to safe and civilized construction are proposed for five aspects of construction process:personnel,material and equipment,technology,environment and management.Subsequently,system dynamics flow diagrams and equations are constructed based on the relationships between the factors and systems,and the ANP is used to calculate each parameter.Finally,the model is used to simulate the effect of safety capital input,and the best input effect is obtained under six schemes,i.e.the investment ratio of person,materials and equipments,technology,environment,and management is 4∶1∶1∶1∶3.The research results show that there are differences in the effect of different safety capital input ratios on the safety system.This study can provide some theoretical guidance for the safety management of metro construction enterprises,and make investment in the utilization rate of SCCC more targeted.
