摘要
目的 通过挖掘现代文献资料,探讨中药内服治疗髋关节滑膜炎的用药规律。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统关于中药内服治疗髋关节滑膜炎的文献,收集从建库至2022年4月1日中符合标准的方剂,建立数据库。应用中医传承辅助平台V2.5统计分析方剂中药物的频次、性味等规则。结果 筛选出方剂109首,共计中药162味,以牛膝最常见;药性以温、寒、平为主;药味以苦、甘、辛居多;归经频次依次为肝、脾、心、肾经等;基于关联规则得出的高频药对有“牛膝-当归”“牛膝-甘草”“牛膝-薏苡仁”等;基于聚类分析得到核心药物共10组,新方5首,为临床治疗提供参考。结论 中药内服治疗髋关节滑膜炎的整体治则以祛风除湿、活血止痛为主,并兼顾祛邪与扶正。
Objective To explore the dosing pattern of Chinese medicine for the internal treatment of hip synovitis by mining modern literature.Methods The literature on the internal treatment of hip synovitis with traditional Chinese medicine was searched on CNKI,Wanfang,Vipshop,and China Biomedical Literature Service,and prescriptions that met the criteria from the establishment of the database to April 1,2022 were collected to establish the database.Applying the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)to statistically analyze the rules of frequency and taste of drugs in prescriptions.Results 109 formulas were screened,with a total of 162 herbal medicines,and Achyranthes bidentata was the most common;the medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and flat;the medicinal flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;the frequencies of meridians were liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians;the high-frequency pairs based on association rules were"Achyranthes bidentata-Angelica","Achyranthes bidentata-Licorice"and"Achyranthes bidentata-Coix seed";10 groups of core drugs and 5 new formulas were obtained based on clustering analysis,which provided reference for clinical treatment.Conclusion The overall treatment of hip synovitis with Chinese herbal medicine is based on dispelling wind and dampness,invigorating blood and relieving pain,and taking into account the elimination of pathogenic factors and the strengthening healthy qi.
