摘要
目的 探究分析疏肝养阴生汤法辅助治疗对干眼症患者症状改善的临床疗效。方法 选取200例干眼症患者进行研究分析,病例选取时间为2020年1月—2022年1月,采取随机抽签模式均分两组,将施行常规西药治疗的100例患者设为对照组,在常规西药治疗基础上行疏肝养阴生汤法辅助治疗的100例患者设为试验组。以治疗有效率、中医症状积分、自觉症状改善情况、泪膜稳定性及生活质量评价两组治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率中,试验组为95.00%,对照组为82.00%,可见试验组相对较高(P<0.05)。中医症状积分中治疗前2组对比差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组相对较低(P<0.05),组内治疗后相比较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。自觉症状评分中治疗后试验组相对较低(P<0.05)。泪膜稳定性中两组治疗前比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组相对较优(P<0.05)。组内治疗后与治疗前比较差异明显(P<0.05)。生活质量评分试验组相对较高(P<0.05)。结论 干眼症患者行疏肝养阴生汤法辅助治疗效果确切,可促进患者治疗效果,缓解其相关症状,可促进其泪膜的稳定性,有助于提升其生活质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the auxiliary treatment of Shugan Yangyin Decoction(疏肝养阴生汤)on the improvement of symptoms in patients with dry eye.Methods A total of 200 cases of dry eye were selected for research and analysis.The selected cases were from January 2020 to January 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups.A hundred patients treated with conventional western medicine were set as the reference group,and the other 100 patients treated with Shugan Yangyin Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine were set as the experimental group.The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated by the treatment efficiency,TCM symptom score,improvement of self-conscious symptoms,tear film stability and quality of life.Results The effective rate of treatment was 95.00%in the experimental group and 82.00%in the reference group,which showed that the experimental group was relatively high(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,it was relatively lower in the experimental group(P<0.05),and significantly lower in the group after treatment than that before treatment(P<0.05).The score of conscious symptoms in the experimental group was relatively low after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tear film stability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,that of the experimental group was relatively better(P<0.05).There was significant difference of the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was relatively high(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary treatment with Shugan Yangyin Decoction for dry eye patients is effective,which can promote the treatment effect of patients,alleviate the symptoms,promote the stability of their tear film,and help to improve the quality of life.This shows that this treatment is of great significance.
