摘要
目的探究坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗更年期综合征对患者雌激素和血脂水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月本院收治的94例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与联合组,各47例。参照组予以雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,联合组予以坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗。比较两组治疗前后雌激素[孕酮(P)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)和雌二醇(E_(2))]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组P、FSH和E_(2)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组P、E_(2)水平均高于治疗前,FSH水平低于治疗前,且联合组P和E_(2)水平高于参照组,FSH水平显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组TC、TG和LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且联合组TC、TG和LDL-C水平均低于参照组,HDLC水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应总发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗更年期综合征疗效确切,有利于改善患者雌激素和血脂水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets on estrogen and lipid levels in patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods 94 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the combination group according to the random number method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets,and the combination group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets.The levels of estrogens(progesterone[P],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH]and estradiol[E_(2)]),blood lipids(total cholesterol[TC],triglycerides[TG],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]and high density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C])before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in P,FSH and E_(2) levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of P and E_(2) of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of FSH were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of P and E_(2) in the combination group were higher than those in the reference group,the levels of FSH was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets is effective in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,which is conducive to improving the levels of estrogen and blood lipids in patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
