摘要
输卵管性不孕是引起不孕的常见因素之一,是以输卵管结构及功能损坏而致的一种疾病。随着不孕症发病逐渐呈上升趋势,人们提高了对不孕症输卵管因素的关注。在临床治疗中,西医以手术及辅助生殖技术为主。中医作为一种历史悠久的医学,对不孕症的治疗有其独特优势,其内、外治法的应用对输卵管性不孕的治疗至关重要,且中西联合治疗也取得显著疗效,能明显提高妊娠率,值得推广研究。
Tubal factor infertility is one of the common factors causing infertility.It is a disease caused by the damage of tubal structure and function.In recent years,with the rising trend of infertility,people pay more attention to the factors of fallopian tube infertility.In clinical treatment,western medicine mainly focuses on surgical treatment and ART.As a traditional medicine with a long history,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of infertility.The application of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is crucial to the treatment of tubal factor infertility,and the combination of traditional Chinese and western treatment has also achieved remarkable results,which can significantly improve the pregnancy rate and is worthy of promotion and research.
