摘要
《温病条辨》增液汤中玄参、生地黄、麦冬三味药,以增液润燥之功效,治疗阳明温病津亏便秘之证,在临床中不仅用于以上症状,也能用于糖尿病、慢性咽喉炎、干燥综合征等证属阴津亏损者。而接受胸腔镜肺部手术的患者术中丢失体液、术后充分引流,便会出现津液不足,如口渴、便秘,即“无水舟停”而部分津伤较重导致阴液暗耗的患者更有五心烦热等阴虚的症状,不仅极不利于术后康复,也会增加心理负担,甚至增加住院时长,针对此类患者应用增液汤加以干预之后,可缓解不适症状,促进术后恢复。通过探究方中三味药物的药理学实验,搜集全方的相关实验研究,并结合临床应用进行综合分析,掌握增液汤滋阴生津的药理学依据,特做此探析。
Zengye Decoction(增液汤)in the Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases has the effect of increasing liquid and moistening dryness containing 3 herbs of Radix Scrophulariae、Radix Rehmanniae and Ophiopogon japonicus.It could treat the syndrome of Yangming Warm Disease,such as fluid consumption,it could also be used to treat others syndromes of Yin and Jin deficiency,such as diabetes、chronic pharyngitis,"wushui zhouting".Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery will have the above symptoms of thirst and constipation due to blood an liquid loss during operation and adequate postoperative thoracic drainage,in other words,no water boat stop,patients with severe illness will have the symptoms of heat sensation in chest,palms and soles.These symptoms are not conductive to postoperative recovery,which will increase the psychological burden of patients and even prolong the hospitalization.After these patients Zengye Decoction,it will relieve these discomfort and improve postoperative recovery.This research is specially cited after grasping the pharmacological basis of Zengye Decoction for Nourishing Yin and promoting the production of body fluid by studying the pharmacological experiment of 3 herbs,collecting the relevant experimental research of prescription and analysing clinical applications comprehensively.
