摘要
随着经济水平不断提高,城市化进程加快,建筑行业得到了迅速发展。在此过程中,建筑工程项目數量的增加和规模的扩大,为建筑行业带来了更高的要求与挑战。为保证建筑工程的建设质量及效益,施工单位需要加强现场施工管理工作,从而有效控制工程造价。基于此,文章探讨了建筑工程项目现场施工管理对工程造价的影响,并通过实例分析,提出了有效的优化措施,以期提高工程造价管理水平。
With the continuous improvement of economic level and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction industry has developed rapidly.In this process,the increase in the number and scale of construction projects has also brought higher requirements and challenges.To ensure the construction quality and efficiency of construction projects,construction units need to strengthen onr site construction management work to effectively control project cost.Based on this,the article explores the impact of on-site construction management of construction projects on engineering costs,and proposes effective optimization measures through case analysis,in order to improve the level of engineering cost management.
