摘要
我国人民生活水平不断提高,居民对肉蛋奶的需求持续快速增长,畜牧业生产面临各种机遇和挑战,畜禽饲养规模不断扩大,对饲料的需求持续增长。国内畜牧业生产发展相对滞后,重要原因之一就是优质饲料供给不足,而我国可用作饲料的木本植物约有1000多种,将木本植物产量的20%用作饲料加工,其年产量可相当于全国粮用饲料的三倍,因此,开发木本饲料资源,对扩大畜牧业饲料供给、促进农业畜牧业经济具有重要意义。文章综述了桑叶、构树叶、榆树叶这三种木本饲料在畜牧业生产中的应用状况和进展,分析其营养价值、抗营养因子及其在畜禽生产中的饲喂效果,旨在为我国木本饲料的开发与应用提供参考。
The living standard of our people is improving,the demand of residents for meat,eggs and milk continues to grow rapidly,livestock production is facing various opportunities and challenges,the scale of livestock and poultry feeding is expanding,and the demand for feed continues to grow.The development of domestic livestock production is relatively lagging behind,one of the important reasons is the lack of quality feed supply,and China can be used as feed for about 1000 kinds of woody plants,20%of the woody plant production for feed processing,its annual output can be equivalent to three times the national grain feed,therefore,the development of woody feed resources,to expand the supply of feed for animal husbandry,promote agriculture,animal husbandry economy is of great significance.The article reviews the application status and progress of three woody feeds in livestock production,namely,mulberry,paper mulberry and elm leaves,and analyzes their nutri⁃tional values,anti-nutritional factors and their feeding effects in livestock production,aiming to provide reference for the development and applica⁃tion of domestic woody feeds.
