摘要
传统超高性能混凝土(ultra-high performance concrete,UHPC)生产成本较高,收缩较大,阻碍了UHPC的推广应用。采用农业副产品秸秆灰分别取代硅灰和水泥制备UHPC,研究了其对混凝土抗压强度和收缩的影响。研究结果表明:秸秆灰分别取代20%、40%硅灰和10%水泥增加了UHPC的抗压强度,其中取代20%硅灰抗压强度最高,取代20%水泥则降低了抗压强度;秸秆灰取代水泥或硅灰降低了UHPC的收缩和自收缩,且随着秸秆灰用量的增加而逐渐降低;秸秆灰UHPC的干燥收缩也随着抗压强度的增加而逐渐降低。
Because of the high production cost and the great shrinkage,the further application of the traditional ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC)has been hindered.The silica fume and cement was replaced with an agricultural by-product of the straw ash to prepare UHPC.The effect of straw ash on compressive strengths and shrinkage of UHPC was investigated.The results show that the replaces 20%and 40%silica fume and 10%cement with straw ash respectively can improve the compressive strengths of UHPC.UHPC that replacing 20%silica fume with straw ash shows the highest compressive strengths.However,replacing 20%cement with straw ash reduces the compressive strengths;The replacing silica fume or cement with straw ash reduces the shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of UHPC,which is reduced with the increase of addition of straw ash.With the increase of compressive strengths,the drying shrinkage of UHPC with straw ash is reduced.
