高速铁路20 m节段预制胶拼梁构造设计与受力研究 被引量:2

Structural Design and Stress Study of 20 m Segmental Precast Simply Supported Beam of High-Speed Railway with Epoxy Joint

摘要 以东南亚地区某高速铁路工程20 m节段预制胶拼简支梁为研究对象,结合项目当地的运输和架设能力,将梁体划分为多个节段,控制节段重量不大于60 t,并通过在节段间涂抹环氧树脂胶、张拉纵向临时预应力、设置节段缝间剪力键等方式,适应节段拼装施工的锚固和定位要求,保证梁体连接的可靠性;通过建立MIDAS/Civil有限元分析模型,进行了梁体的强度检算、变形检算,胶接缝处的抗剪检算、梁体吊装过程中的节段受力检算等。研究结果表明,该20 m节段预制胶拼简支梁作为一种首次应用于高速铁路项目中的常规简支梁结构,强度和变形指标满足规范要求,胶接缝处受力可靠,吊装过程中梁体状态安全,适用于高速铁路工程,为后续工程提供了借鉴。 Based on a high-speed railway project in Southeast Asia,a 20 m segmental precast simply supported beam was taken as the research object.Combined with the local transportation and erection capacity of the project,the author divided the beam into several segments,limited the weight of each segment not to exceed 60 t.By applying epoxy resin adhesive between segments,tensioning longitudinal temporary prestress and setting shear bonds between segments,the anchorage and positioning requirements of segment assembly construction were met,which ensured the reliability of beam connection.By establishing the MIDAS/Civil finite element analysis model,the strength and deformation check of the beam body,the shear check of the adhesive joints,and the section force check of the beam body hoisting process were carried out.The research results show that as a conventional simply supported beam structure applied for the first time in high-speed railway projects,the strength and deformation indexes of the 20 m segmental precast simply supported beam meets the specification requirements,the shear capacity at the adhesive joint is reliable,and the state of the beam body is safe in the lifting process,which is suitable for high-speed railway engineering and can provides a reference for subsequent engineering.
