摘要
目目的:探讨下肢骨手术后康复中外科快速康复理念的效果。方法:选择我院2019年6月一2020年12月收治的200例下肢骨手术患者为研究对象,实施双色球分组,抽到绿色球的患者为观察组,橙色球的患者为对照组,每组各100例。2组分别实施外科快速康复和传统康复训练理念,对2组患者的下肢骨关节功能评分进行比较和记录。结果:研究结果表明,对照组患者的下肢骨关节功能评分和关节活动度均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后住院总费用显著低于对照组,术后住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),但2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为20.00%(20/100),显著低于对照组的38.00%(38/100),数据比较有意义(P<0.05);术后30天再入院率2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组术后VAS评分比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),术后30天VAS评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:外科快速康复理念在下肢骨手术患者中应用,有助于使关节活动度提高,同时促进患者快速恢复,降低术后疼痛水平,缩短住院时间与住院花费,临床应用并发症发生率较低,是一种安全的康复措施,具有良好的应用意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation in the rehabilitation after lower limb bone surgery.Methods:Before the statistical examination of this experiment,the period from June 2019 to December 2020 was taken as the research period.The patients with lower limb bone surgery in this period were taken as the research objects.After the patients were told the purpose of the experiment,their general data were statistically analyzed.200 of them were randomly selected to be included in this experiment.200 patients were divided into two groups,the patients with green balls were the experimental group,and the patients with orange balls were the control group,100 patients in each group.The two groups respectively implemented the traditional rehabilitation training and surgical rapid rehabilitation concept,and compared and recorded the lower limb bone and joint function scores of the two groups.Results:The results showed that the lower limb bone joint function score and joint range of motion of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group,and the difference between the numerical intervals could be used as the practical significance of statistical calculation(P<0.05);The total cost of hospitalization after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization after operation was significantly shorter than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 20.00%(20/100),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 38.00%(38/100),with significant data(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in readmission rate between the two groups 30 days after operation(P>0.05).There was a significant diference in VAS scores between the two groups after surgery,and there was no significant difference in VAS scores 30 days after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of surgical rapid rehabilitation in patients undergoing lower limb bone surgery is helpful to improve the range of motion of joints,promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce the level of postoperative pain,shorten the hospital stay and hospitalization costs,and has a low incidence of complications in clinical application.It is a safe rehabilitation measure with good application significance.
