摘要
要目的:对下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓实施综合护理干预的预防效果进行评估与分析。方法:将我院2019年4月-2021年4月接收的60例行下肢骨折术患者作为此次评估对象,所有患者均按照奇偶分组法进行分组,分为观察组(给予综合护理)、对照组(给予常规护理措施),每组患者各30例,分析2组各指标变化情况。结果:观察组深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,临床指标状况以及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,表示数据差异结果存在对比分析意义。结论:综合护理效果显著,对患者术后恢复具有积极意义。
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:60 cases of patients with lower limb fracture in our hospital were selected as the evaluation object.All patients were divided into study group(given comprehensive nursing)and control group(given routine nursing measures)according to the odd and even grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were enrolled from April 2019 to April 2021.Results:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05 at this time,indicating that the data difference results had comparative analysis significance.Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing is significant,which has positive significance for postoperative recovery of patients.
