摘要
以3年树龄的阳光玫瑰葡萄植株(5 BB砧木)为试验对象,以亩产1300~1400 kg为标准,按照标准产量的±20%和±40%的要求控制葡萄产量,研究嘉兴地区不同产量对葡萄鲜食品质和香气成分变化的影响。研究显示:对照组葡萄亩产1385 kg、单穗重1.12 kg、平均单粒重14 g以上,有机酸、总糖、可溶性固形物以香气成分及含量等指标上处于较高水平,品质佳、口感好以及商品价值高;与对照相比,增加20%的挂果量的阳光玫瑰葡萄在有机酸、总糖、香气成分及含量等关键指标上具有一定程度下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05),同时兼顾产量、市场等因素,因此单株挂果量增加20%是可行的。
Taking the 3-year-old Shine Muscat grape plant(5 BB rootstock)as the test object,taking the yield of 1300-1400 kg per mu as the standard,the grape yield was controlled according to the requirements of±20%and±40%of the standard yield,and the effects of different yields on the changes of grape fresh quality and aroma components in Jiaxing region were studied.The study showed that the yield of grapes in the control group was 1385 kg per mu,1.12 kg per ear,and more than 14 g per grain.The organic acid,total sugar,and soluble solids were at a high level in terms of aroma composition and content,with good quality,good taste and high commodity value;Compared with the control,the key indicators such as organic acid,total sugar,aroma composition and content of Sunshine Rose grape with an increase of 20%of fruit bearing capacity decreased to a certain extent without significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,taking into account factors such as yield and market,it was feasible to increase the fruit bearing capacity per plant by 20%.
