摘要
通过探究自拟黎药处方“五香龙丸”对海南湿热环境下“久郁”证型阳痿的外灸内服理法,并进行病案例举,发现该方具有一定的临床疗效,但因未开展广泛的临床试验与临床观察,疗效仍具有偶然性。今后的研究应深入探讨五香龙丸的作用机制及具体临床疗效,为该药的进一步临床推广应用提供参考依据,最终造福于广大男性患者。
In this paper,we explored the self-designed prescription of Li medicine“Five-xianglong Pill”for the external moxibustion and internal administration of“long derression”syndrome of impotence under the humid and hot environment in Hainan,and the medical case examples were carried out.It was found that this prescription has certain clinical efficacy.However,due to the lack of extensive clinical trials and clinical observation,the curative effect is still accidental.Therefore,it is worthwhile to further investigate its mechanism of action and specific clinical efficacy in future studies,in order to further promote its clinical application and benefit the majority of male patients.
