摘要
目的探讨精细化护理管理在小儿急性支气管炎中的应用效果。方法选取新疆生产建设兵团第六师医院2021年7月至2022年7月接收的80例急性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用精细化护理管理干预,对比两组患儿疾病症状消失时间、生活质量评分。结果试验组患儿哮喘消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿生活质量各项评分均升高,试验组患儿生活质量各项评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性支气管炎采用精细化护理管理干预,可以缩短临床症状消失时间,改善生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore application effect of fine nursing management in acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with acute bronchitis in the Sixth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects.The children were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the experimental group adopted the fine nursing management intervention.The disappearance time of disease symptoms and the scores of life quality of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of asthma,cough and lung rales in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the children in both groups increased,and the quality of life scores of the children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fine nursing management intervention for acute bronchitis in children can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve quality of life,worthy of clinic al application.
