摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗乳腺癌患者自我护理能力、情绪调节及生存质量的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2022年12月靖江市人民医院肿瘤科及普外甲状腺乳房科收治的56例PICC化疗乳腺癌患者,利用掷硬币法分为两组,每组各28例。对照组实施传统护理,观察组实施集束化护理,比较两组的自我护理能力评分、生存质量评分和焦虑总发生率。结果观察组的焦虑总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理3个月时的自我护理能力评分、生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可以提高PICC化疗乳腺癌患者自我护理能力并改善其生存质量,降低焦虑总发生率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on self-care ability,emotional regulation and quality of life of patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy through peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 56 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy through PICC in the Department of Oncology and the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery,Jingjiang People’s Hospital from November 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by coin toss,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,while the observation group received cluster nursing.The differences in self-care ability score,quality of life score,and overall incidence of anxiety between the two groups were compared.Results The overall incidence of anxiety in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability score and quality of life score at 3 months of nursing care were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can improve the self-care ability and the quality of life of patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy,and reduce the total incidence of anxiety,which is worth popularizing.
