摘要
目的:观察糖类抗原(CA)153、CA125、CA72-4、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年4月至2023年3月该院收治的98例卵巢癌患者的临床资料,设为卵巢癌组。回顾性分析同期98例卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床资料,设为良性肿瘤组。回顾性分析同期98例健康体检者的临床资料,设为健康组。比较三组血清CA153、CA125、CA72-4、FIB、IL-6水平,并比较不同临床分期卵巢癌患者血清CA153、CA125、CA72-4、FIB、IL-6水平。结果:卵巢癌组血清CA153、CA125、CA72-4、FIB、IL-6水平高于良性肿瘤组和健康组,且良性肿瘤组高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ期卵巢癌患者血清CA153、CA125、CA72-4、FIB、IL-6水平高于Ⅱ期和Ⅰ期患者,且Ⅱ期患者高于Ⅰ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者血清CA153、CA125、CA72-4、FIB、IL-6水平异常升高,检测其水平在卵巢癌诊断中具有一定应用价值。
Objective:To observe application value of carbohydrate antigen(CA)153,CA125,CA72-4,fibrinogen(FIB)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels detection in diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as ovarian cancer group.The clinical data of 98 patients with benign ovarian tumors in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as benign tumor group.The clinical data of 98 healthy subjects in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as healthy group.The levels of serum CA153,CA125,CA72-4,FIB and IL-6 in the three groups were compared,and the levels of serum CA153,CA125,CA72-4,FIB and IL-6 in the ovarian cancer patients with different clinical stages were compared.Results:The levels of serum CA153,CA125,CA72-4,FIB and IL-6 in the ovarian cancer group were higher than those in the benign tumor group and the healthy group,those in the benign tumor group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum CA153,CA125,CA72-4,FIB and IL-6 in the patients with stage III ovarian cancer were higher than those in the patients with stage II and stage I,those in the patients with stage II were higher than those in the patients with stage I,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum CA153,CA125,CA72-4,FIB and IL-6 in the patients with ovarian cancer are abnormally elevated,and their level detection has certain application value in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
