摘要
党的二十大提出要全面推进乡村振兴,通过产业高质量发展,加快建设数字中国的步伐。数字乡村建设作为乡村振兴的战略蓝图,也是数字中国建设的科学部署。以永昌县数字乡村建设的发展现状为切入点,立足县域在乡村振兴中的特殊地位,针对建设过程中存在的内源性障碍突出、外源性支持不足等现实困境,因地制宜提出有效解决措施。通过加强数字支持,实现发展提质增速,以期为永昌县数字乡村建设提供理论参考,也为其他县域数字转型提供借鉴。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the pace of building a digital China through high-quality industrial development.As a strategic blueprint for rural revitalization,digital village construction is also a scientific deployment of digital China construction.Taking the current development status of digital rural construction in Yongchang County as the starting point,based on the special position of the county in rural revitalization,in view of the practical difficulties such as prominent internal barriers and insufficient external support in the construction process,corresponding effective measures were proposed according to local conditions.By strengthening digital support,the development quality and growth rate were achieved,in order to provide theoretical reference for the digital rural construction in Yongchang County.It also provides reference for digital transformation in other counties.
