多电发动机燃油系统设计面临的挑战和对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对IHI公司提出的由电动燃油泵和发电机系统组成的多电发动机燃油系统,探讨了实现这一系统所面临的电动燃油泵流量高精度计量、电动燃油泵低转速稳定运行、发电机系统低转速有效发电,以及发动机对多电发动机燃油系统的高安全性和高可靠性要求等4个方面的挑战。就上述4个方面的挑战,逐一给出对策:设计一种带流量反馈的电动燃油泵,以保证其高精度计量;分析低压离心泵低速增压和高压齿轮泵、电机的低速运行,给出相应的应用建议,解决电动燃油泵低转速稳定运行问题;采用永磁发电机系统,确保发电机系统低转速有效发电;采用发电机双余度电机系统,保证发动机对多电发动机燃油系统的高安全性和高可靠性要求。 Based on more electric engine fuel system including electric fuel pump and generator system proposed by IHI Corporation,the challenges of high precision low measurement of electric fuel pumps,stable operation of electric fuel pumps at low speeds,effective power generation of generators at low speeds,and high safety and reliability requirements of more electric engine fuel systems were discussed for realizing the more electric engine fuel system.To address the four challenges,strategies were proposed accordingly:electric fuel pump with a novel flow feedback system was introduced to ensure the accuracy of fuel metering.Low discharge pressure for low pressure centrifugal pumps,low speed operation of high pressure gear pumps and generators were analyzed and a feasibility suggestion for application was provided for low speed operation of electric fuel pumps.Permanent motor was provided to ensure the generating electricity effectively under low speed.Redundant generator was suggested to achieve high safety and reliability requirements of fuel system imposed by more electric engine.
