摘要
职业教育高质量发展与共同富裕存在逻辑上的辩证关系,职业教育高质量发展为实现共同富裕提供了人才、技术和资源动力,共同富裕为职业教育高质量发展指明了政治、经济和文化方向。职业教育高质量发展在推动共同富裕进程中扮演着“人才储备库”“技术加油站”“就业稳定器”与“城乡立交桥”等角色。在实践进路中,建设高质量职业教育体系,助力共同富裕目标的实现;优化职业教育类型定位,拓宽共同富裕的行动路径;培养高素质技术技能人才,充实共同富裕所需的人才储备;均衡城乡发展资源配置,夯实共同富裕的经济基础。
There is a logical dialectical relationship between the high-quality development of vocational education and common prosperity.The high-quality development of vocational education provides the talent,technology and resource power for the realization of the common prosperity,and the common prosperity indicates the political,economic and cultural direction for the high-quality development of vocational education.The high-quality development of vocational education plays roles of talent pool,technology station,employment stabilizer,and urban-rural overpass in the process of realizing common prosperity.In the practical approach,building a high-quality vocational education system can help realize the strategic goal of common prosperity;optimize the orientation of the type of vocational education and broaden the path of action for common prosperity;cultivate high-quality technical personals to enrich the talent pool needed for common prosperity;and equalize the allocation of resources for urban and rural development to strengthen the economic foundation for common prosperity.
