肢体延长手术是骨科手术中一个快速发展的领域,其原则是基于Ilizarov教授经过大量临床试验所提出的张力应力法则。肢体延长手术的临床应用广泛,其具有标准的步骤和可预测的结果,但仍然有许多并发症发生,患者的长期随访管理和术后并发症处理是非常重要的环节。本文详细介绍了肢体延长手术的发展历程、应用范围、常见器械、并发症及其处理原则,以期对从事肢体延长的医师提供帮助。
Limb lengthening is a rapidly growing field in orthopedic surgery,and its principles are based on Ilizarov's"tension-stress"after extensive clinical trials.Limb lengthening is widely used in clinical practice,and has standard steps and predictable results,but there are still many complications.Long-term follow-up management and complication management of patients after the operation are very important links.In this article,the history,application,routine instruments,complications and treatment principles of limb lengthening are introduced in detail,so that to provide help to orthopedic surgeons.
