摘要
金属3D打印技术的出现为口腔钛种植体的制造提供了新的工艺选择。良好的机械性能是种植体正常行使功能的基础,也是临床医生选择种植体时考虑的重要因素。考虑到金属显微组织结构与其性能之间的重要联系,本文简要阐述了钛合金的显微组织特征,从拉伸性能、抗疲劳性能和硬度等力学指标介绍3D打印钛种植体力学性能的研究进展。
Metal 3D printing technology provides a new process choice for the manufacture of titanium dental implants.Good mechanical properties are not only the basis of the normal function of the implant,but also an important factor for dentists to consider the selection of implant.Considering the important relationship between the microstructure and properties of metals,this paper briefly elaborates on the microstructure characteristics of titanium alloys,and then elaborates on the research progress of the mechanical properties of 3D printed titanium implants from mechanical indicators such as tensile properties,fatigue resistance and hardness.
