摘要
高校教师是教育数字化转型的推动者,其数字能力关乎教育现代化的实现和教育强国战略的实施。西方学者构建的数字能力分析框架不能充分揭示我国高校教师数字能力的影响因素,基于扎根理论,搜集多来源资料,可以构建我国高校教师数字能力影响因素模型。我国高校教师数字能力受到由行为主体层、政策支持层、组织管理层、物质基础层、环境保障层组成的因素作用链的影响。提升高校教师的数字能力应从以下维度系统推进:在行为主体层,增强高校教师主体意识,全面提升教育数字化认知;在政策支持层,加大教育数字化政策供给,优化教师数字能力顶层设计;在组织管理层,变革高校教师评价体系,加强高校组织管理;在物质基础层,加强数字化新基建,完善教育数字化公共服务机制;在环境保障层,强化多元主体协同互动,优化高校教师数字能力培育环境。
Higher education teachers are the promoters of the digital transformation of education,and their digital competence is related to the realization of education modernization and the implementation of the strategy of a strong education nation.Western scholars have constructed many frameworks for analyzing digital competence,but they cannot fully reveal the influencing factors of digital competence of university teachers in China.Based on the rooted theory,we collect information from multiple sources to construct a model of the factors influencing the digital competence of teachers in China’s universities.The digital competence of teachers in China’s universities is affected by the chain of factors consisting of the behavioral subject layer,the policy support layer,the organizational management layer,the material foundation layer,and the environmental protection layer,so the enhancement of digital competence of teachers in China’s universities should be systematically promoted in the following dimensions:in the behavioral subject layer,enhance the subjective consciousness of teachers in universities and comprehensively improve the cognition of educational digitization;in the policy support layer,increase the supply of educational digitization policies,and optimize the top-level design of teachers’digital competence;in the organizational management layer,change the evaluation system of teachers and strengthen the organizational management of universities;in the material foundation layer,strengthen the new digital infrastructure and improve the public service mechanism of educational digitization;in the environmental protection layer,strengthen the synergistic interaction of multiple subjects and optimize the environment for cultivating teachers’digital competence in universities.
