摘要
利用北京吉天iFIA7型流动注射分析仪对地表水和生活污水中的总磷进行测定,主要从校准曲线、标准物质、空白样品、实际样品,加标回收率、准确度、精密度、检出限、方法比对几个方面分析研究。结果显示,相关系数达到0.9999,检出限为0.004 mg/L,测定下限为0.016 mg/L,用实际样品测得加标回收率为96.2%~106%。对高低两个不同浓度标准样品进行7次平行测定,测得值均在保证值范围内,其相对标准偏差分别为0.67%和1.55%。通过与钼酸铵分光光度法的比对试验显示,不论对于地表水还是污水,流动注射法与钼酸铵分光光度法测试相关性较好,在保证准确度的情况下其分析效率更高,尤其有助于应对大批量样品的快速分析,因此该方法已成为目前测定总磷最主要的分析法之一。
The total phosphorus in surface water and domestic sewage was determined by using Beijing Jitian iFIA7 flow injection analyzer,mainly from calibration curve,standard material,blank sample,actual sample,spiked recovery,accuracy,precision,detection limit,method comparison and other aspects.The results showed that the correlation coefficient reached 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.004 mg/L,the lower limit of determination was 0.016 mg/L,and the recovery rate of standard addition measured with actual samples was 96.2%~106%.Seven parallel determinations were carried out on the two different concentration standard samples,and the measured values were within the guaranteed value range,with the relative standard deviation of 0.67%and 1.55%respectively.The comparison test with ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry shows that the flow injection method has a good correlation with ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for both surface water and sewage,and its analytical efficiency is higher under the condition of ensuring accuracy,especially for the rapid analysis of large quantities of samples.Therefore,this method has become one of the most important analytical methods for the determination of total phosphorus at present.
